Hey hope everyone is doing well.Today in this post I am bringing you all a NO BAKE CAKE recipe.
Few days ago I tried my hands on this "NO BAKE" thing and this cake turned out to be really good so I thought of sharing this with you guys. I am a chocolate lover and I am sure every chocolate lover will love this cake.Any of you who is not into baking or do not know how to bake a cake have an option now. It is one of the easiest no bake recipe which I have came across till now.
So lets get started!!!
THINGS REQUIRED
Dark chocolates ( I used 2 bournville rich cocoa)
White chocolate ( I used 1 small milky bar)
200ml Amul Fresh cream
Amul Butter
Chocolate cream biscuits ( I used bourbon)
Digestive biscuits ( I used marie light)
Nuts:Roasted almonds,Walnuts
Dry fruits (like dry figs,cranberries)
METHOD

METHOD
CAKE BASE
1. Take around 250 gms of bitter chocolate and to that add
half cup of cream. To melt the chocolate microwave the chocolate and cream for
around 40-50 sec.
Note: You can melt the chocolate by creating a double boiler as well.

2. Now the chocolate has melted, add some butter to it and
give it a nice whisk. Allow it to cool for around 10 minutes.
3. In a separate bowl break some digestive biscuits (here I used Marie Light) and chocolate cream biscuits (here I used Bourbon) into small pieces.
4. Add some roasted almonds and walnuts to the biscuit bowl (you can even add some dry fruits like figs)
6. Spread the mixture in a mold of your own choice, like here I used a detachable base mold(if you don’t have a detachable base mold just make sure you use a butter paper at the base before spreading the mixture). After spreading the mixture press on it nicely to make sure all the gaps are filled.
7. Now put the cake base into the freezer and allow it to set for an hour.
CHOCOLATE GANACHE
8. After 1 hour make a thin layer of chocolate ganache. Microwave
some cream and chocolate together for 40-50 sec in order to melt it. Give it a
nice mix and allow it to cool for 10 minute.
10. Again put the cake into the freezer to set for an hour.
11. After one hour the cake has set nicely and ready to
demold. Before demolding run the knife throughout the perimeter of cake and
then detach the base.
